The pair have only not worked together on a handful of occasions, which at the very least would suggest Goldman would be unlikely to write the film even if Vaughn is involved. There have been a lot of rumors and speculation about the development of Man of Steel 2 in recent years. It’s unclear how formalized these ideas are and if Vaughn is being offered a pre- written script or full freedom with a basic outline.
